Dear regarded_customer,

We are writing to announce an important change coming to your service:

great_service

We are pleased to inform you that Terabit (https://terabit.io) is acquiring our VPS, VDS & WebHosting services. As we move forward with this transition, your data, product subscriptions and services will be migrated to Terabit's networks and systems.

What is changing:

  • Server IP addresses will be updated to Terabit's IP's
  • Improved reliability and DDoS protection from Terabit's large network
  • Your servers hardware will be changed during this migration
  • Location, the servers location will be updated to the nearest Terabit location

What is NOT changing:

  • Your Plan will retain its current specifications (vCores, Memory, Disk)
  • Pricing will remain the same
  • Data will not be lost during the migration, all your data remains intact

Migration Timeline:

  • The migration process is expected to take multiple weeks (1-3 weeks estimated)
  • You will receive a notice shortly before your service is fully migrated.
  • No Immediate action is required - If you use custom DNS and have any records pointed at your current servers IP you WILL need to change these.
  • Join the Terabit discord here! (https://discord.gg/pNrjgxRB)

Teams at Enzonix and Teams at Terabit are coordinating closely to ensure you have as smooth of a migration experience as possible.

If you have any immediate questions or concerns please open a support ticket within our billing portal.

Best,
Enzonix LLC

This was WAY too fast. I was loving their services and they were growing super fast. Long live consolidation.

Same, they're announcing an ipv6 prefix for me and now I'm curious if Terrabit will do this for me or if I'm SOL on this. RIP way too soon. I'll open a ticket to find out but damn. Was loving these guys.

  • Kinda sad to see this change. I’ve really liked Enzonix so far, but I guess I’ll move to other providers once my current services end. Wish them the best though.

I get that, but honestly this change was pretty unexpected.
I usually pay with crypto, which Terabit doesn’t even support.
They’ve also blocked my country’s IPs, so without a VPN I can’t even access their website. "We are unable to service your country at this time." :|
And their VPS prices are way higher too.

Funny thing is, just a week ago I moved my production site from Hetzner to Enzonix. (It wasn’t because of quality, their service was superb. I just can’t pay with credit card or PayPal anymore.)

    Man, what timing 😅

We accept crypto and always have. We process it via NowPayments.

Shoot me a DM, I know we only have a few blocks in place due to significant abuse (e.g., Morocco)

@netguy said: What are the new locations?

Servers will be moved to our closest point of presence. In New York, that'll be to Montreal. In Los Angeles, that'll be to our Los Angeles. In Germany, that'll be to Amsterdam.

What are the new payment methods?

We accept Credit/Debit, PayPal, Crypto, ACH/Wire Transfer, and Wise.

We support crypto! All kinds! We love our crypto boys, actually lower fraud than CC  and if you can send me your IP i can look into the ip ban for you, sometimes our security protocols get a bit over zealous

But yeah I understand, for now things will continue as they are in Enzonix until we can start migrating and changing IPs, downtime will be extremely minimal as we will be doing them in small batches.

Hopefully we can impress you after the migration.

  • I forgot about this, I was surprised I saw a reminder, now the hostname doesn't apply anymore:

What will the VPS specs (CPU/RAM/SSD/Bandwidth and Port Speed) and monthly prices be in Amsterdam?

You might be able to impress me now if you can show me where on that snazzy busy pamphlet/website I can find info about network locations incl looking glass etc. The "Network Status" link isn't.

    Thanked by 2oloke wadhah
    1. Does this mean terabit is getting S3 storage?

    2. Just got the email and couldn't help but chuckle a bit - I got my first enzonix VPS in July to diversify from my other 2 (Terabit). So no I'm back to Terabit. lol.

Anyways, as they say around here, GLWS!

I was able to find some pertinent information in the knowledgebase, but no looking glass.
