    I ordered the Constanța (Năvodari), RO location, but the IP I received isn’t residential.
    I got 85.122.x.x instead of 89.33.x.x.
    Could you please help me change it? This is very important to me.

    @luxontina10 , your order is for a Starter KVM which comes with a DC IP, Residential VPS is another plan and you need to order that one in order to have a residential IP:
