You could always get a standard storage server and an offshore VPS and setup a reverse proxy.

Malaysia might be one of the last places you'd want to look for hosting that ignores DMCA issues.

Forget that even if you manage to store somethign there. The network and the pricing is pretty high. You can do a reverse proxy like someone suggested.

only provider im aware in malaysia is shinjiru
HOWEVER i do knwo of customers that have been with them for years and othrs that have been kicked for dmca so id say walk carefully. also adult is a big NO NO ive heard due to malaysian law
