Cheapest way to temporarily store 20-40TB from main server as I format?

Whats the cheapest way to store this data?

It would consist of uploading it to the destination.
Storing it at the destination as I'm reformating.
Downloading it from the destination.

Preferably during 1 month.

    1. buy disks from local ads
    2. use disks
    3. sell them back for a small profit

If 1Gbps. That will take some time just to upload/download assuming can max the line out both ways.

    Maybe a B2?

I would ask your host if they can just attach an external HDD or if they got something.

1 Gbps line will still take time to upload or download large data sets, but bandwidth isn’t the only limiting factor. The actual throughput also depends on how fast the storage subsystem can read or write data.
