(After the latest IP address change this option/feature disappeared for me. But probably not i'm the only one who affected).

That inspires zero confidence. It reads like they aren't even aware they just sent me a welcome email 6 months into our relationship. I'm not going to elaborate on the list of concerns that have gone thru my mind since I saw the email so I don't cause any rumors, but hopefully they post something a little more definitive and professional sounding.

I'm replying here to clarify. Without taking messages one by one, it actually makes no sense that the email was resent. There was probably a system error, which our specialized team is checking to understand what happened. We'll have more information as soon as we have it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use rDNS on this range because the owner, after we rented the range, told us that we cannot use it, without any prior warning, and this has created quite a bit of discontent on our part.
