    At least as reseller should tell us upfront too if it good honest providers that not hard to put on. Today I too experiencing network trouble.

    More precisely random throttling..
    Being idle for couple weeks with low usage, did not makes them cut the rate low.

    Get the ROUGH on 2nd month

    Find excuses, find anything so customer did not have to act for asking REFUND
    If you do this on 1st MONTH
    No need for me to extend,

    Just throw away any VPS Provider like this.
