    More precisely random throttling..
    Being idle for couple weeks with low usage, did not makes them cut the rate low.

    Played the best thing at 1month
    Get the ROUGH on 2nd month

    Find excuses, find anything so customer did not have to act for asking REFUND
    If you do this on 1st MONTH
    No need for me to extend,

    Just throw away any VPS Provider like this.
    50Mbps from 1Gbps
    INSANE !

    Do you provide hundreds, thousands of customers with 1Gbps ? LOL
