DeluxHost.net | J Series VPS Launch, Unbeatable Value | From €7/yr |PRE-ORDER | AMS
⚡ Amsterdam VPS, New J Series Launch ⚡
In September, we experienced a few downtime incidents after a long period of stability. As always, we reacted quickly, working relentlessly to resolve every issue as soon as possible.
We carefully reviewed everything, improved what needed optimization, and further reinforced our network, ensuring even more reliable service going forward.
Now everything is fully back to normal, with global connectivity improved even further, thanks to new peers and direct links with major providers. The result is better consistency, lower latency, and stronger performance.
To mark this new milestone, we are proud to introduce our brand-new J Series, now available in limited stock directly from Amsterdam (AMS).

I wasn't first 🥹
I hope, not Deadpool_Infobox.png
Btw, the question: I have a 2 previously purchased VPS, can we update'em? For free or for a small fee?
Can I get 4 and stack them?
Can I buy a couple a stack them?
GLWS!
If I use two DeluxHost machines to transfer data between each other, will it go through the internal network? Also, is the traffic volume taken into account?
I would love to get a simple update on what the fuck is going on with my ticket that's been like 2 months delayed, over and over, but I guess it's not possible
Another preorder done - 2 more servers, so total will be 18. Thanks @DeluxHost
We are really looking forward to new locations!
No, no nasty surprises haha.
Do you mean changing the processor or ?
unfortunately not sir
Hey, could you tell me your ticket ID? This is absolutely intolerable.
thanks sir!
I'll wait for EPYC letter.
Yes, and no, the traffic if is internal It's not counted, but it would be great if you opened a ticket so a member of our team can help you.

As a customer I'd suggest you stop expanding. Every time you expand almost instantly I can see that in the network outages in my monitoring. Today exactly the same - again. As a matter of fact, I can almost predict when a new offer will turn up here: some time before it's announced I usually have IPv6 connectivity issues from/to a number of networks.
Outside of that, the network (at least in the Netherlands) still has regular disconnects. It hurts a bit to see all the promises over and over again about improvements while these still exist. Have filed tickets in the past but the outcome as every time the same: no causes found. While I can see in my monitoring that issues exist.
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. At the moment, we haven’t detected any network outages beyond those officially reported on our status page. The network has remained stable both under NeoProtect and now with our new upstream; most of the recent issues have involved individual nodes rather than the network itself.
The disconnections you’re seeing in your monitoring might be caused by brief automatic re-routing during carpet bomb attacks. In those cases, traffic is temporarily redirected through NeoProtect for protection, which can cause a nearly imperceptible micro-disconnection (around 0.1 ms).
That said, we’ll be performing an emergency maintenance across the entire network this evening. This intervention will permanently resolve these micro interruptions.
checking this really soon
Over the last 24 hours I've seen 6 IPv6 outages of about half an hour each; I monitor from several locations and of them (so not all) 3 of them had these issues simultaniously. Personally I'm not thinking of "microdisconnects" in that regard.
Anyway, I don't really feel like putting in a ticket for it now; mainly because in the past when IPv6 was completely down to quite a number of places, and that was visible from public monitoring systems that I've pointed you to, I only got back "is it solved now?" several times while nothing had changed... and that was to be verified through those public sites...
Thanks for the additional details. We haven’t observed any IPv6 interruptions matching what you describe, there have been no reports or alerts on our side in the last 24 hours.
If you’d like, please open a ticket so we can look into it directly. I can personally check your case and help investigate in detail. If there’s indeed an issue affecting certain paths or regions, it’s important for us to identify and resolve it as soon as possible.
At the moment, we simply haven’t received any other reports of IPv6 disruptions, which is why we’d really appreciate any data you can share to help us pinpoint the cause.
What’s the CPU GPU?

Oops, I missed the thing from my question. Yes, I mean changing the processor to a better one.
