    Is it correct?

    Ashburn --- tier.net
    New York City --- tier
    Dallas --- tier

    Amsterdam --- uk2
    Frankfurt --- uk2
    London --- uk2

    New Jersey --- interserver
    Los Angeles --- interserver

    Singapore --- WebHorizon

Strange, in Ashburn ipv6 are not usable, hang on connection. Does tier enable any anti-ddos or so?

    In Los everything works, /64

People tried Los (interser) and said ipv6 works very good.

PS in New Jersey does not work at all, cannot connect

  • Quick response with an irresistible offer. Done.

I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing some connectivity issues. This may be regional network filtering.

As mentioned previously, LET is not our Help Desk, and support is provided through our ticketing system.

We kindly request that you open a support ticket, and we will investigate the issue, determine the cause, and provide a solution.

Thank you again for your understanding.

There may never be a $7/yr deal, but I have an idea for a $7.00/mo deal that you guys might like 😉 Who knows what's in storage!

    I think : $7.00/mo = 7vCPU 7GB RAM 77 GB NVMe 7GB Bandwidth (only 7 in stock & hold one for me ) :D

Also, I noticed that your Looking Glass includes a Tokyo node. Are there any plans to launch new services there ?

You know what? I legit might actually do it on one of the under-utilized locations

    • 7 Ryzen vCPU
    • 7 GB RAM
    • 77 GB NVMe
    • 7 TB Bandwidth
    • 7 Gbit Uplink
    • $7.00/mo

It was planned for December 2025/January 2026, but an unforeseen issue arose that may cause a slight delay. LET will be the first to know 👀

    @Phuocvan

Thank you for the post. As we have iterated on a few occasions before, LET is not a Support Channel. We encourage customers to contact our Support Team with any questions.

Even when a host node isn’t oversold, variations in performance are normal as more virtual machines are deployed. Each VM shares finite resources, such as CPU time, memory bandwidth, storage I/O, and network throughput.

If you noticed performance degradation from when the node was practically empty and now, this is to expected to a certain degree. Additionally, some factors may be at play, such as users consistently running YABS.

That being said, thank you for posting this. We will investigate the source and determine what can be done.

I am actively investigating what happened and will post an update here as soon as I have more information. This degradation is not expected, nor is it OK, not to this degree. Thank you for being so patient with us <3

While this is being looked into, we will not be provisioning any orders in Singapore until this is figured out.

I will be happy to help!

I kindly request that you open a support ticket, and our team will review your order.

I apologize for missing your previous comment.

  • Why server provision always takes like forever. I had to wait for like 5hours to get it, too slow

When placing an order, every customer is required to accept several policies before proceeding with payment, including the Order Approval Process.

I am quoting two sections from the page below:

At DigitalFyre, every order is manually reviewed for approval. Most orders are reviewed and approved within a few minutes during business hours. This process helps us maintain a secure and fraud-free environment for all customers.

Automatic provisioning is enabled for a select number of products. It is available only to existing customers with active, verified services in good standing. All other services are provisioned manually following approval.

New orders placed outside of business hours, including ones that require manual provisioning to apply resource upgrades, promotions, etc. Your order was placed outside of U.S. East Coast business hours, and it was provisioned as soon as someone became available to attend to it, which was before business hours began, specifically before 08:00 AM EST.

Furthermore, the update to your ticket explains the process and provides a link to the Order Approval Process. Moreover, we do not advertise "Instant Activation" anywhere on our website or in our policies.

Future orders from existing clients will automatically provision; however, if the LET Promo is used, resource upgrades will be applied manually.

Lastly, as we iterated several times in the thread, LET is not a support channel. If you have questions or concerns, please open a support ticket.

Thank you for placing the order. Have a great rest of your day!

    Thanked by 1nghialele
