hi, very good price. i've purchaed the 8 cores and gb5 score is exactly suit my need. But what is the cpu usage limation since i do a lots auto video encoding which do consume most of cpu, so i haven't really used the machine cause im afraid of suspension🥲

It's probably fine. We never suspend VMs for high usage.
We may do CPU caps but it's very rare, especially with our Turin processors having 128 cores.
Feel free to use 100%. If it becomes a problem, it may get capped and will be uncapped when usage goes back to normal (but even this is pretty rare).
If you purchase, the price is recurring. As for the amount of time the promotion code will be active, I can't say for certain.
Under ideal circumstances it can be 2600, but it could be as low as somewhere around 1800.
