Your question involves personal opinion. In my opinion these are the best
@DediRock @tentor @Alyx

Top tier:
@tentor (skhron.eu)
@Alyx (calibour.com)

The better question, which host is bringing the most innovation to LET.

@Verasel
There are a lot of great LET hosts.

I may be biased a bit since I work there, thanks for coming to my ted talk
many thanks, but i'm a nobody, compared to A LOT OF people who work 24x7 to make sure their customers are happy.
some to note:
@gigahost -- Andreas, Andrea and the rest of his team are absolutely lovely people, and I'm not saying this because I am biased, but because they are honestly decent God-fearing people... and it's not that they are nice because they are Norwegian, hehe.
@randvegeta -- Person whom I have had a pleasure to meet in person, and who will go above and beyond, not just for his customers, but also for his friends. If you are looking to host in Hong Kong (where he has been based since, I believe, 2003?), or Lithuania... you shouldn't look any further.... his partner Jay is an absolute sweetheart as well. You really can't go wrong with either of them.
Although they are not a member here, I can't NOT mention Novogara (https://novogara.com) mainly because they are the type of datacenter that will tell you how it is, and deliver the services how they should be delivered. Cheapest bandwidth, and you can get a response at any time whatsoever.
Honorary mentions:
@aluy He really grew up, and I believe he deserves a second chance just like anyone else. An extremely good person, and deserves everything good in life, especially to be treated fairly here at LET.
@Ellis/Hypere I haven't had much contact with him, and I know there was some drama with him due to his previous partners, but we have too consider his age, and the fact that he has matured quite a lot, and he is an absolutely decent bloke.
@Weredime Another decent bloke, and although many aren't aware of him, I can honestly vouch for him. He's not the type of person to screw anyone over.
@HostSlick Although he has his "issues", I think those issues are more related to taking on more work than he can handle, so I can't really judge him for it, but still, he's a good person, and that's what matters at the end of the day.
@PFcloud Good people. Not much else to say, honestly. Never had any issues whatsoever, especially with their Staff.
@iHostART He will grow up and become a decent host. Mark my words.
I'm probably forgetting someone... possibly Apricot, but I don't want to dox him, in case he is involved with an already aforementioned host?
Still, thank you very much for mentioning me, even though I really didn't deserve anything to be mentioned, considering my many tantrums, and such. Still, always nice to be loved.

I love how EVERY. SINGLE. person you mentioned has a shady history / present. Especially in the lower 2/3s.
You can get an OVH VPS-1 in 15 different locations for $5 per month. Free daily backup, 4 cores, 8gb ram, 75gb nvme, 400mbit/sec ... I think it would be hard to beat this at this price from a major hosting provider with massive infrastructure.
Me every time I read this name:
awesome thank you for that @minitor greatly appreciated.
i love you anyway.
what are you implying huh
@oloke what did I do? legit question.
HostSolutions & iHostArt
I'm mostly looking at LET interactions, you did open a thread arguing with mods and others on 13 pages. I don't think I agree with you on most stuff there. I also saw you recently selling anonymous ASNs (asns registered to shell entities). A couple of more things but I don't really have any concrete evidence, just bad vibes.
All that doesn't really make me trust you as a person. Sorry
On the positive side - you seem to give a lot of Tor exit relays on your main ASN which I appreciate.
Caasify
@hosthatch
Premium everything, especially when it's on sale.
Depends on what "top" is to mean. Price? Service? Bang per buck? etc.
I'll start with @Verasel - not because I like him (I do). Frankly, IMO "I like or dislike [some provider guy] as a person" is absolutely not relevant wrt to who's a top provider - but because he occasionally hands out free servers without asking to bot-like some marketing spam!, and quite decent servers at that incl. unlimited traffic in a good location!
@host_c because he offers high quality storage VPS at prices unheard of before he made it kind of a new standard. Quality + bang per buck, what more could one ask for?
@HostDZire, short: where else can you get decent quality VPS, all over the globe, with plenty traffic on a very decent network at really attractive prices and consistent? Plus on top: very clear, straight and honest communication and no marketing BS.
@gigahost. Unlike Verasel I don't know them personally but I'm a customer of their since years, and a very happy one. Excellent provider.
@Francisco, from whom I never had a VPS, but he seems to be a no BS guy, has been running operations solidly for many years and consistently it seems, plus: if someone has that many fans there likely is a good reason.
@jar, who I also never was a customer of, but who also is no BS and consistent both in his (quality) operations and as a guy.
@Hybula. It's hard not to consider a provider a top-host who not just offers top-class products (VPS and dedis as well I think) but who actually even built up a quite significant IX with impressive both customers and bandwidth.
There are a few more I consider potentially top-class but who still are too new, at least here on LET, but whom I'll definitely keep my eyes on; some examples are @DeluxHost, @Hosteroid, @VeloxMedia, @xHosts.
@crunchbits Their staff members are friendly and give that human touch when interacting with others.
And if you don't want to commit to a yearly deal, or can't get a yearly deal. Their monthly prices are really cheap compared to some of the other offerings I've seen.
Love you too
