looking for alternatives for netcup rootserver
Currently I have a root server with netcup as the following scale,

I am looking for another two VPS/VDS similar to this server, for about $10/m in LA and SG locations. do you have suggestions?

I personally don't think that some provider can match netcup specs and pricing in SGP.
But for SGP I would highly recommend @onidel & GreenCloudVPS.
Also, please have a look at @advinservers's offers in Malaysia which is next to SGP and similar latency.
