I bought 2 Colocrossing Sale servers, they promised the servers would be active on the 1st, but they still postponed my servers until tomorrow, I was disappointed and my client was also very angry, maybe there is a Colocrossing official here who can help me.

    Why not let them know from the beginning on the 30th that the server cannot be completed on the 1st, because before that it was also said that the server was being sent and had arrived at the location and would be active on the 1st, if it had been discussed from the beginning, I could have negotiated with my client, if it was like this, my client would have run away and considered us unprofessional, please fix it better in the future because problems like this are very fatal for the client

    Can't you try at least activating 1 server first and the other server tomorrow?

    Lessons learned: never promise something to a customer you are not in full control of, especially when it has only a short term to facilitatie. Anything can happen - either with you or your supplier - that could make an angry (end)customer.

    ColoCrossing has taken care of this in their first item on their ToS, so basically OP has made a promise to it's customer that it can't keep?
