Please try again with an alternate payment method. Let us know if that attempt is unsuccessful. We understand this situation may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration it may cause.

    Thank you for your understanding


    Now I don't know what to say here, I am complaining about bug in payment gateway and they are so confident that they are not even acknowledging that its an issue. I never asked them to accept payment (which never went through because of bug).

    Hi @Anayx -- thanks for bringing this to my attention, and sorry for the hassle. Sounds like something on the FastSpring side may be blocking your transaction attempt, as we've had other transactions go through this payment method without issues recently. I’ll look into your case further and will send you a DM shortly once I have more info.

    On a side note, we do accept quite a few other payment methods as well (credit/debit cards via Stripe, cryptocurrency via Coinify, etc.), so if FastSpring continues to give you trouble, we can always figure out an alternative. Let me dig into this first though, I'll be in touch soon :)

    @dustinc, If they had denied payment, would have been clear. It just failing as you can see errors. Its buggy and they are replying as idiots.

    Here, Fastspring still being unprofessional but @dustinc has been very accommodating. He understood the situation and provided me solution for time being while I sort out things from my side.

    Has my bandwidth doubled? My original bandwidth was 10T. After applying for the bandwidth doubling, I only observed traffic reset, while the bandwidth remained at 10T.
