    The price is locked when you purchase, upgrades and renewals will be charged at the same cost per TB basis .

    Port speed varies from 1-10 Gbps depending your location, for now we promise 1 Gbps egress per bucket and up to 10 Gbps ingress, our plan is to increase both to 10 Gbps soon.

    There is no limit on bandwidth usage, and bandwidth is unmetered until end of November(this offer might get extended) , after that you get free Egress bandwidth 3x current storage quota .

    Public files are served through our CDN, and after cached they don't count towards your egress usage .

    Files through the CDN can get up to 10 Gbps

    There are some reported issues with IPv6 routing and from your reply i can see that you are connecting to the wrong ipv6 end point for your bucket, and this causes the issue.

    We have reached out to you in your ticket to troubleshoot the issue.

    Cache expires after 48 hours, and max file size cache is 1 GB, we are working on the dashboard so you can control those settings .

    If the file is stale or modified the file will be updated , the cache expires if the the file is unused for 48 hours .

    The cost is the same, you will need to manage the quota per bucket to meet your needs, if you need help with the order you can send us a ticket or you can order 10 buckets and adjust quota as you go

    I think it's unnecessarily complicated to submit a ticket to clarify where the test file is located.
    Can't you just tell me here? And if it's not Germany (which I believe it is), is there a test file for Germany?

    The speed to the endpoints isn't very exciting (5-15MB/s). I tried it from my home Internet and from a VPS, both in the EU.

    Low wget speed (single channel) is highly effected from the latency between the node you are connecting and your server - home pc etc, to properly test the capacity is such case you need to use multi part download, did you also tried the other test files?

    I guess you are referring to secure cloud storage ?

    Offer is still valid , upgrades are charged on the same rate you had when you first purchased (they include the offer ) .

    There is no max file size but it's recommended to use rclone or the available clients instead of browser for big files .
