Need help: Google flagged my site.

I am trying to understand/narrow down why google flags my websites as phishing now....seems this was updated earlier today. Is this a domain level thing or ip-level thing? None of the sites I host collects credit card info or the likes.. and the only subdomain that requires the user registering just collects their email to create an account, is not even included in the domain/subdomain flagged. The only thing that has changed recently is me reporting an issue to @Chunkserve which they helped fixed and might have involved moving "my node to another cluster".
My setup right now is handling all projects with coolify and dns records are done on cloudflare with proxy turned off.
My use case is having a couple of small projects hosted, a blog and a portfolio site to showcase them to land a job. You all can see how problematic for me if when a recruiter click my link the first thing they are hit with is a malicious site detected scary page.
If anyone has encountered this before, or have any suggestions.. I have reported it as a false positive and even have to create an account on a google search console domain to make an appeal but I don't see how this would be fixed fast considering how terrible supports for big tech like google are.

Google should have given you the url in question.
Also you can request for review.

  • they actually did..
    http://talut.xyz/ ---this is blank
https://blog.talut.xyz/ ---- this is just a blog created with hugo
    https://blog.talut.xyz/en/ ---- same
    https://coolify.talut.xyz/ ------ coolify dashboard login
    https://coolify.talut.xyz/login -------same

  • Maybe the tld itself are the problem.

.xyz are notorious for spam, phish and generally unsavoury stuff. But ironically alphabet, google parent itself uses abc.xyz

  • Ignore it. Google will undo it. Reissue the certificates and that helps too.

  • The appeal was successful..it is gone

Phishing particularly recently from what I've seen.

@Plutack did you find out of if it was a report or automated or what?

  • It couldn't have been a report..not a lot of people know about the domain to begin with so I am suspecting perhaps the domain a actual...prior to this I was using .tech bit couldn't renew that since it was too expensive..same projects hosted and setup..the two things that changed is the vps provider and the domain

  • Do not buy .xyz domains ever , they will suspend for no reason and u will not get it back. I used to have more then 30 .xyz and 28 of them were suspended i used the domains only for SMTP clients with valid SSL , DMARC , DKIM , & SPF. Just do not buy .xyz or other cheap other domains.

It has happened to one of our webmail domain in our company. Just head on to Google search console, verify your domain there, and then request for review. If there are no obvious issues, they will just lift the restriction. Happened twice recently as we were migrating from one stack to another, on subdomains mail and testmail, probably that flagged their detection systems for phishing.
