    Having trouble renewing service via paypal as Fastspring seems to have bug using paypal. Racknerd support ask to reach fastspring and their reply was stupid.

    This is what I shared with them :

    I am trying to make payment via your gateway to Racknerd LLC. It has worked in past but this time I am facing error in payment. I contacted Racknerd, they said to connect to Fastspring for payment related errors.

    Whenever I select Paypal, popup window loads and then goes away. In browser console I see error that Paypal SDK is not loaded. And then if I click “Pay now”, shows some more error about expected token. Both errors I have attached below along with screenshot.

We understand this situation may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration it may cause.

    Now I don't know what to say here, I am complaining about bug in payment gateway and they are so confident that they are not even acknowledging that its an issue. I never asked them to accept payment (which never went through because of bug).
