  I mean set Stripe external payment option after you login. Put a CC data on registration on WHMC is not a safe.

  When you enter card data immediately, the card is remembered by the system and automatic debits begin. Even if there is a delete button, there are still write-offs. This is a common practice. There may also be information leakage if your site is hacked.
