Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or Debian 12 (stable, secure, widely supported).
CPU: Minimum 2 vCPUs (4+ recommended for busy POS terminals).
RAM: 4 GB minimum (8–16 GB if you expect 50+ concurrent users).

There are many annual payment plans available here, but currently none for the Singapore region! Note that some links contain affiliate links: https://cheapvpsbox.com
Between the two I would pick Onidel for a POS:
WebHorizon — $122.40 / year
2 Ryzen Cores (shared)
6144 MB RAM
90 GB NVMe
1024 GB/month bandwidth
1.0 Gbps port speed
IPv4 + IPv6
Hosted in Singapore 🇸🇬
Onidel — $146.69 / year
2 Epyc Cores (shared)
6144 MB RAM
75 GB NVMe
2048 GB/month bandwidth
1.0 Gbps port speed
IPv4 + IPv6
Hosted in Singapore 🇸🇬
What software is going to be installed on these?
@HostDZire have a promo in singapore for yearly subscription
+1 with @webhorizon @Abd
Are you also interested location in Indonesia?

Cheaping out on a server used to host a POS system for a business seems like a bad idea.
POS system should be on a local network server instead of a cheap vps. Maybe use something like a lenovo tiny or any other mini pc and coupled with zero trust or tailscale for out of network access. Should be way better than a VPS if you insist on a VPS going with lsw, onidel, do, upcloud, etc are good choice with proven track record.
I had a Singapore with @onidel since Oct 2024, the only downtime is because I restart it.
Thanks for the offers!
How are the backup and I/O in your solutions? (I don't mind manual on-demand backups, but automatic is better)
Are bandwidth and network speed upgradeable?
Dont touch webhorizon, ever, with 10 foot pole. NATVPS is also their offshoot, btw.
Heed my warning, you can thank me later.
Care to back that up with some kind of proof.
I believe you are the one who purchased a $7 yearly NatVPS and are angry now because we didn't bow to your threats for paypal dispute.
I mentioned this in my last reply and will also post here incase you didn't see.
also.
there is no refund policy for natvps it's literally $7 a year even less after paypal's cut. I'm sure you must have seen this while placing an order.
if you want a refund could just have asked nicely, instead of, and I quote you
like, wow. I am amazed reading that ticket.
You shouldnt host a mission critical pos system on a cheap vps. That's a bad idea
You are full of shit. It had a few entries that were 60-70Mbit but average iperf3 values were 30-40mbit and I ran multiple test and tried multiple kernel network tweaks to ensure I'm not missing anything.
And this is for a 7.50$ min NAT!
For the record, Gullo offers their NAT for 3.50/y and I NEVER seen their speed go below 100-90Mbit.
You dont get to talk back to me when you charge 2x more and your performance is 3x lower and when customer points it out you get all pissy and tell me I need to pay 2$ fee (what the actual fuck) If I want to move to another similar priced node; or that you dont offer refunds.
Not even mentioning the fact you literally made offshoot NatVPS name to fool people who dont know you are WebHorizon, because if they did they would NEVER touch your services.
You treat your customers like trash so dont get surprised when you get the same treatment back.
I had used many Singapore VPS from lowendtalk including who promote their service in your post
I can recommend just @onidel and @serverpoint
The reason was use the was their proffesional business model and Their disk are fully protected and their network are really good. If racknerd have their SG VPS I most recommend racknerd. Believe me you never go wrong with all of them serverpoint, onidel and racknerd.
For your information, I'm using the other provider except 3 (serverpoint, onidel and racknerd) of them and here I got
1. Low health disk VPS and corrupted drive. They didn't change it and it just need to count down their disk go failure.
2. Many suspension because I'm using 200% from 600% . Actually it happen because it was hospital applications.
3. Unprotected VPS with bad DDos protection. Other user got DDos and I got downtime for 24 hours per months.
4. Bad support and attitude for helping customer
5. Low support 24 hours reply.
6. Low io disk speed just 12MB/sec
So if you want your business go fly and give you the true peace I recommend you to use onidel or serverpont or racknerd. They have good services, proffesional staff, good network protection even under DDos (it really best), good raid disk protection and very comfortable also peacefully place.
I have 5 years experience with racknerd
2 years experience with Serverpoint or collosuscloud
3 month with onidel
