Are there providers in the market that offer Android phone rental services? I mean the kind with remote control.

They need to provide full access, without restricting me from installing any apps or changing phone settings.

    But, I don't think they offer changing phone settings, they mainly focus on testing.

    I tested their iOS and couldn't open settings app (it just closed automatically).

    Both Android and iOS can install apps just fine.

    Does it have to be a physical phone? If emulation is allowed, then that ups your options greatly.
