What kind of CPU is the new computer room? Are there any yabs test results?
Due to the fact that Edge Centers owns CloudCone, I'm going to guess the datacenter is EC105 - maybe @Cloudcone can provide more info.

Have you fixed your issue with the extremely slow network speeds with WireGuard on your Los Angeles VPS’s yet? Or just telling people to do the ping tests still?
I've had a VPS with Cloudcone in Los Angeles for years with minimal issues. No network issues on my end during that time other than when Multacom had DC issues. Overall I have been a happy customer. Good to see this new location. Also curious to know what Xeon CPU is being used.

To keep quality consistent across all our locations, we use similar hardware in St. Louis; ranging from Intel Xeon E5 to Xeon Silver processors. More premium hardware coming soon, maybe this BF.
Yes, users who need extra space can request it. DM us or open a ticket, we’ll review each request based on the build feasibility and the use case, and move forward depending on resource availability in our data center. Simply said, we will try our best to meet your requirement. 🫡
Extremely slow network speeds can depend on many variables per use case. Majority of our users are happy with the network. Our DevOps team has already rolled out optimizations across the core network to address most performance issues. If you’re still seeing slow speeds with your VPN in LA, feel free to open a ticket with your test results; that helps us track it down and fix it for you.
May I know when your customer support is available? My ticket has been open for nearly 24 hours without any response! I have also sent an email. When will it be handled?

No virtualization - so just LXC's and docker/podman ... not a big deal for me, but might be for others...
VNC not working ... can't connect, error "1006" whatever that means ...
rDNS not working ... fwd DNS record exists for assigned IP, but it says it doesn't, probably a cache thing

I did ... 27min to initial response to ticket, fixed 2 min later. So far, so good.
