    At Singapore itself, but it goes via Cloudflare.

    Are test file downloads from https://sgp.lg.vebble.com (160.191.224.193) being throttled?

    Latency from my home(10ms) and my NL VPS(160ms) is good with no packet loss, and yet can't get throughput of more than 100KB/s

    I downloaded from other provider's test files in Equinix JH1 DC and speeds are much greater...

    Yep, it was being throttled, try now.
