Agree - I do not know where all these orders are coming from because if you follow the OP URL it doesn't even lead to a lifetime one off purchase! I am beginning to wonder if people have been signing up for a monthly recurring charge and not reading the page correctly!

Either work, it depends on how paypal process the payment, sometimes if you do not have a card linked it can cause an issue with one, that is reason to allow customers the alternative if they run into issues
