For now the LA 112TB config has significant stock, so that is the best alternative at the moment
/30 IPv4? That only gives you 2 usable IPs. What can you really do with just two IPs on a dedicated server ? I was hoping for /29
That is actually 1 usable IP, but you are free to order more IP space if needed. Many of the very low cost machines are /30 default, and secondary IP space is available to lease.

Up to what length is the raid structure supported
These are Seagate Exos 28TB drives. If you are referring to the 4 x 28TB configs - those are JBOD / individual disks. Those do not have HW RAID, so any RAID needed would be at an OS/soft level.
