For me, a truly DMCA-ignored service means:
No suspension based on random complaints or bots.
Action is only taken if there is a valid court/legal order.
Server should not be terminated without notice.
Copyright claims should require full legal proof, not just an email.

Few days back a user was hosting an revolut page & arguing that its dmca ignored why you are asking to remove this specific page.
So, its just better if you also include your website category or specify more details.
The thing is, you probably want to use it as a reverse proxy. Your real server is with some other provider like, for example, Hetzner.
So, from a providers perspective you are not asking for a server. You don't want any real business/customer relationship with them. You are asking them to act as a legal buffer for your stuff. They are suppose to deal with your DMCA complains for €3-€9/month.
Not to mention that truly unmetered for that budget is probably a little difficult.

The first one: We don't allow Phishing, when we receive abuse report we act. It is on our AUP.
The second: We laughed hardly in the office. Since many of those who does "reviews" never reveal any ticket, any proof, any text from our part. Ticket? Any communication? None. They refuse to reveal. Why? Most of them did Phishing, Scam, Fraud and uses the excuse of DMCA Ignored, which doesn't have nothing to do with steal users information and steal other illegal information.
Is quite funny to read that and when we check, the customer did something related with Fraud, Spam, Phishing, Scams and the best way he finds is go to trustpilot and give a bad review, because we didn't allowed him to do what he did.

We ignore DMCA, but some customers thinks that is a good reason to start doing Phishing, Scam, Fraud and when they are suspended they go immediatly crying to Trustpilot.
When we are wrong, we compensate the customers affected, but most of them aren't.
We ignore DMCA, if you don't disrespect anything listed in AUP, no issues.

@Alyx You made a very fair point. Providers like Hetzner are fine for short-term use, but because of trace routing and other issues["10 Gbps Port", ....] they’re not a sustainable solution for my use case.
I also realize it’s best to start with a more realistic budget — around $40 total — rather than expecting rock-bottom prices. I’m new in this market, and at the beginning there isn’t really anyone to guide or share the “secrets” on how to grow.
Maybe I was looking for shortcuts and the lowest possible cost at first, but in the long run that won’t be reliable. I’m ready to upgrade and invest more seriously for a proper setup.

It’s a little funny how two brands of the same company are trying to sell the same server to the same guy
in the real world, people usually just put the front end behind DMCA proxy server, and in most cases, they use CDN like Cloudflare, so the resource they need for proxy server is like nothing, i heard people use a 5 euro VPS handle 3 million UV/mo site without any problem.
so , yes, basicly the money is just for deal with the DMCA emails, and that just worth a few euros a month.
