OVH has its own problems. I tested it and They charged a fee without providing any service.
Hetzner is postpaid, but there is no problem.
People usually prefer using PayPal; with other payment methods, you should be prepared for the possibility of losing your money.
OVH is pro-rate on first month, what you mean ?
