The restriction simply means that the CPU resources are shared with other VPS on the same host. Short peaks and higher usage are totally fine, but permanent 100% CPU load (like crypto mining or other constant heavy tasks) isn’t allowed, because it could impact the performance for other customers.

For 12€ per year, a very good and fast server. Honest gigabit. Good Performance, what I don't like is a "dirty" IP. Many services recognize as if the United States, I hope geolocation will stabilize later. I wish I could double the bandwitch at least by 2TB and we can say that the price/quality is super!
