Any VPS provider available or peering with Stuttgart-IX?
Currently searching a VPS provider who's peering with Stuttgart-IX (or located there).
Sadly couldn't find any, as of now.

many have core backbone or inter.link, maybe via those downstreams?

Since I'll be getting a new ISP soon, it depends. I've seen that traffic to Italy goes via Core-Backbone directly to MIX-IT (which gives surprisingly low latency. Don't know if it's similar for German traffic.
