arsys.es
Hello,
I need a small VPS in Spain, and I found arsys.es, which offers a EUR ~15/year deal (EUR 1 per month plus sales tax, https://www.arsys.net/servers/vps) . I signed up for one, registered, and paid.
According to their FAQ VPS are provisioned "within minutes", but after a few hours nothing had happened, so I made a support ticket asking about what/when to expect.
So far I haven't received any reply, and when I log in to the customer/account panel, I don't see any products (VPS) there.
Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with VPS from them?

Looks like their business hours for e-mail are 9am-8pm GMT+2 which technically would include right now.
They operate as https://www.arsys.es/ too, and on the .ES website there is a 24/7 phone line support that I have just called and they have confirmed that they speak English.
If you have no clue on what Spanish is, do 2 and then 2 again for VPS Support.
I've had great experiences with them, although no longer a customer, their VPS are really good.
My shot would be attempting to contact them there.
This looks like IONOS to me
@zGato maybe
Compliance Channel: As an entity belonging to the IONOS Group, through the "Integrity line" tool, we provide members of the Group and third parties related to it with a channel for reporting compliance violations. Access it from here: IONOS Integrity Line.

haven't tried them since they're just IONOS reseller.
cheap VPS in Spain is hard, cheapest besides IONOS and their resellers is probably https://upcloud.com/products/cloud-servers/
ARSYS VPS (SPAIN) VPS 10GB
It is an IONOS company, yeah
Arsys is a IONOS company, the advantage of hiring the VPS at Arsys is that to cancel it, you don’t need to call anyone — you just click the “cancel VPS” button in the control panel and that’s it. (With Ionos, canceling is a nightmare: calls, confirmations, etc). So, with Arsys it’s like using the good part of Ionos and forgetting about the bad part of Ionos.
Thanks guys for your replies. Apparently they needed a copy of the passport and a proof of my address. As soon as they asked, I sent the stuff to them, and a few minutes later the VPS was up and all looks good!
I heard about lot of problems with IONOS cancellation policy, contracts etc..
So with this arsys.es:
Looks like their IP space located in Germany - instead Spain (Your previously posted YABS include this info).
No nightmares with cancellations regarding payments — you can choose between monthly or yearly plans. You can also try the VPS free for 30 days; I did it myself to test the network.
The IP shows Germany, yes, but that’s how Ionos configures their network. The VPSs are actually located in Spain, at their Logroño data center (La Rioja region).
