I'm looking for a handful of VPS across several locations and therefore ideally from the same provider (but this is not essential)...
Regions: Canada (Ontario), Australia (East), Australia (West), Sweden (Stockholm), UK (London and/or Manchester, Edinburgh), USA (East), USA (West).
Minimum Specs: 2 VCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40GB, 1 Gbps, 1TB Bandwidth, 1x IPV4
Budget: 15-20 USD/m per server

If you're not wanting to use the big players like Vultr/Digital Ocean/Etc, then I can suggest both Hosthatch and Melbicom. I use both for a bunch of low traffic geographically diverse website mirrors and have had no issues (that I know of) with either.

I am still in search of:
