If you wait until 2050 you can try namecrane
I don't know; I also thought similarly to you, but when too many register, they point out illegal means like CSAM, zoos, etc. I don't know.
Namesilo said if you don't use our hosting, we don't care about DMCA.
Namecheap sent it to me except for illegal CSAM, zoos, etc. [And surprisingly they registered a majority of adult sites.]
EasyDNS and InternetBS need their respective authorities' court orders to take it down, except again for illegal content like CSAM, zoos, etc.
they are resellers from a lot of providers, idk which ones exactly.
Webshark Inc.
House of Francis, Room 303, Ile Du Port, Mahé, Seychelles.
this should answer a lot of questions doe. i dont know about their policies but i heard they are very lenient from a friemd. their support according to reviews can be slow
Hypothetically; I would stick with NameCheap for gTLD’s. Ideally, legitimate information… if you can’t use legitimate information:
In the adult industry, apart from gTLD’s people also use: .RU, .SU and they have to have legitimate information, buying it from people like XUID will result in the loss of the domain, because they don’t verify the domains. Every .RU and .SU domain has to be tied to a real passport number, meaning you need to use a drop, which increases the price a little bit, but it’s worth it if f you want to have domains that are practically 100% bulletproof; assuming real information was used, there is zero chance of Western legal action impacting the domains.
Moreover; if you don’t use (provably) services from US companies at all — you can have the lawsuit tossed as it doesn’t apply to you, but it’s such a literal law that it applies to the smallest thing, e.g. If you use Google Analytics to track traffic, you therefore do have a connection with the US, because you access US-based computers to administer the website.
OpenSRS (Tucows) would be the number two option; but NameCheap is generally the best for people from the adult industry.
People also use .IS, .TO, .PK, .AL for porn websites, most notably .PK and .AL being the popular options with people ignoring any and all notices, and .CH and .LI being somewhat used as well.
CentralNic, GoDaddy, etc.. have the worst abuse team, so expect random domain suspensions with them, their cTLD’s/gTLd’s and resellers. Absolutely the worst, especially GoDaddy.. they operate a plethora of gTLD’s so always check… especially where the companies are located. For example, TONIC is actually operating under Californian jurisdiction, so just because.TO is Tonga doesn’t really matter if you’re planning on breaking the law.
Good luck, brother!
Hi Verasel,
Thank you so much for this brief, detailed reply.
I think I'll go with Namecheap now and choose . com gtld.
• So FakeNameGenerator.com is better than a random address picked from Google Maps. Doesn't Namecheap detect it if I use this free software?
• Do any specific countries' addresses work better for this type of work compared to others?
• As for phone numbers, should I paste what FakeNameGenerator.com generates or use TextNow (free numbers), Twilio free trial numbers, or any other service?
• Can you guide me on how to transact crypto in a secure way without getting traced?
• Like, I have a coin in my KYC exchange wallet, so which secure anonymous wallet should I send it to, and at this point, how do I break the coin's network trace before paying NameCheap's BTCPay?
Thank you once again!
He means no underage people in the videos with "legal". And DMCA ignored due to reposting or piracy.
FakeNameGenerator is just fine. Data sets have always worked for purposes like yours, and you can use the phone number generated by them.
I would advise you to use English sets; meaning: England, US, Canada… simple and unassuming.
Running it through ChangeNOW.io to generate XMR, and then using SimpleSwap.io to purchase BTC with the XMR is enough to launder the BTC even if you purchased it with your bank account.
Well, the trace-breaking process is like this:
Binance (BEP20 Token) —> NOW Wallet, then use ChangeNOW to convert BEP20 Token to XMR —> SimpleSwap converts XMR to any low transaction fee token (LTC) —> Then finally restoring which wallet?
Well, are ChangeNOW & SimpleSwap conversion fees or withdrawal fees too much?
By the way, do you run "Adult Streaming Websites"? It seems you're an expert in it.
You can just convert it to BTC on any free wallet, e.g. Blockchain.com, or if you don’t mind spending money on fees, you can just use Wasabi and coinjoin, too… although it’s probably an overkill, especially considering that people don’t care about opsec that much if they are just skirting copyright laws… it’s not likely that you would need to have good opsec as long as you stick to some rules…
I had some experience through the years, which resulted in default judgements that went uncollected, hehe. As long as it can’t be proven in court, you’re fine.
Thus; use Tor, mix/coinjoin, Russian domains, fresh content… dynamic and weekly updating URL structure for SERP’s so that it gets re-indexed even after it gets DMCA’d… and you should be good to go.
Just never, under any circumstances, undergo KYC procedures and accept all payments in crypto or bank account registered to a drop, you can usually buy them for approximately $2.5K USD and you get physical debit cards, online banking, etc. and BestChange.com you can fund it via crypto and pay for expenses that need paying with card.
Good luck, brother!
regway.com Seems like a classical reseller of Public Domain Registry...
IDK what about Webshark.

webshark is regway company.

Nicenic are one of the few registrars out there who suspend domains after a single dmca notice.. Stay away, not worth it.
while I disagree with your enterprise be warned namecheap will likely screw you. Irony
Please expand your "etc". Such video sites have good uses also. Which ones support some flavor of FTP? and can have ads disabled or minimized since I am not using them for profit.
What about this?
listeamed.net has high download speed
Tucows or OpenSRS something is being said they ignore DMCA and seems to be a US based companies!
hope there is a list of IPs for DMCA Bots / Agents to block from scraping and reporting!
So, which ICANN registrar domain provider do you recommended for this matter who accept crypto too?
Do, you have any experience with any of it if yes which 3rd party video cloud storage do you think best for it?
Which domain provider do you recommended for this matter?
For DMCA? Honestly, Nicenic is the only registrar who has ever suspendned one of my domains due to dmca.
I've been using Namecheap, Openprovider and EasyDNS and never had any dmca/copyright problems.
Thanks! So, I will go with Namecheap since EasyDNS too costly and Openprovider not accept crypto plus currently need KYC I guess.
By, the way on Namecheap do you give fake address; if yes from where fake name generator, Google Map or anything else?
Openprovider doesn't ask for KYC, at least not when signing up or paying bills.
For address, go to Google Maps, pick a large city and find a large apartmentbuilding and use that address.
Recently few extensions will require KYC
