    I'm experiencing partial network problems with this VPS (California location).
    Tried pinging from different locations:

    64 bytes from 45.142.194.58: icmp_seq=105 ttl=48 time=119 ms
    64 bytes from 45.142.194.58: icmp_seq=109 ttl=48 time=117 ms
    64 bytes from 45.142.194.58: icmp_seq=110 ttl=48 time=117 ms

    --- 45.142.194.58 ping statistics ---
    121 packets transmitted, 20 received, 83.4711% packet loss, time 122217ms
    rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 116.693/117.709/118.912/0.674 ms

    (Similar results from different locations around the world)

    Their 24/7 Support is not very helpful.

    3 incidents during last 24 hours. 2 hours of downtime during last 7 days.
