Note:
You can delete and recreate the free VPS as long as it's within the free-tier limits, but only one VPS is free. Creating more than one VPS (even if they're small) will result in charges.
It may sound complicated, but really, all you need is correct info, wait for their email, and follow the instructions.
Steps to Register
1. Access and Register
Go to the Atlantic Cloud
https://cloud.atlantic.net/ website and create an account.
Use real and verifiable information, as your identity will be verified.
Don’t forget to verify your email.
- Verify Your Payment Card
Wait for the verification email asking you to add a payment card.
Make sure the card has at least $1–2 available.
The system will charge around $1, and the transaction will include a 6-digit code.
You'll need:
The charged amount (usually $1)
The 6-digit code from the transaction details
- Manual Verification (If Requested)
Atlantic might ask for identity verification:
Accepted documents: National ID (CCCD), driver’s license, or passport.
You'll need to:
Take a selfie holding your ID and a note with the 4-digit code they request.
Rename the image file to the 7-digit number they provide.
Upload the photo to the folder link they give you.
Then reply to the email with:
"I provided the information to the Cloud"
Wait for confirmation — usually takes a few hours.
Important Notes
Only create one free VPS using the G3.8G configuration. Don’t delete it unless necessary — you might lose free-tier eligibility.
If you create additional VPS or use a non-free configuration, charges will be deducted from your $250 credit (valid only for 2 months).
Always use real and accurate information to avoid rejection.

Be warned! Combined with all the other information and Photoshop, they can steal your information and basically register anything (literately). I'm not saying they will, but just make sure you're okay with that.
I'm okay with a $1 credit card transaction verification, but uploading all the other information makes it way too suspicious.
I know, I'm just sharing the process I successfully went through to register. At first, I had doubts too. But after doing some research, I found out that this is a reputable and long-established VPS provider. Their domain has been around since 1995 — you can look it up yourself
