@DeluxHost - Is the billing system down?
“The recent improvements”. Do those retro-actively apply for all the servers sold in the past? Or just for this I series? Also your website and VPS control panel seems to be inaccessible.
All servers and our entire network appear to be experiencing some issues at the moment, but we're working on fixing them. Thank you for your concern.
Solved.
it turned out to be a problem with our Upstream, and not something that depended on us.
Unfortunately, that's not a good start considering we've only been with them for a short time, but these things can happen, so let's hope this is just a bad memory.
All traffic has therefore been redirected back to them now.
Thank you for the quick fix and ensuring we didn't spend our sundays setting up our services somewhere else. You're awesome!
Best.
Awesome offer, fantastic service. Are there any news on reverse DNS on IPv6?
Will you be in UK soon?
Your network optimization seems to have stopped working. Since yesterday, the network has reverted to the previous high-latency state.
We will check as soon as possible.
When restock
at the moment it is not planned
to anyone experiencing connectivity issues in China after last night, please open a ticket and we'll fix it

When deadpool?
I assure you that you will not regret it, thanks for the order!
Unfortunately, it won't happen anytime soon 🫣

🙏❤️
You sure xd.
Sure 101% 😆
Lets say you rent a /24 for 100 euros a month, that is already 4.7 euros a year per single IP. So that leaves 2.3 euros a year for hardware...
We’re able to keep our prices so competitive because we work very carefully and strategically. Instead of renting hardware, we purchase it directly from trusted suppliers we’ve built strong relationships with over time. This allows us to get solid machines at a reduced cost, which remain our property and become a long-term investment. The same applies to our connectivity and IP addresses, thanks to the contracts we have in place with our partners, we can keep expenses under control without compromising on quality. This means we can offer services that are affordable today while also being sustainable for the future.
On top of this, we don’t rely only on this line of VPS. We have multiple sources of income, we manage dedicated servers for clients who invest significantly, we provide game servers, and we also sell other types of VPS. In short, we know our limits, we know what we can do, and that’s why there’s no issue with continuity. For us, every client matters equally, whether they spend one euro or two thousand, the level of attention and care is the same because trust is built over time.
We completely understand the concerns and doubts people might have when they see prices like ours, it’s only natural, but that’s exactly why we’re always happy to explain and show with real results that our model is solid and designed to last.
I can only confirm that. I currently have an open ticket and I even get very quick responses on the weekend. Simply incredible. 😃
Yep - true 24/7 support, which is really amazing for this price!
@DeluxHost Something went wrong with network
Impossible cheap VPS, expects the world. Congestion or DDoS probably
It was all solved in a very few seconds, we are in contact with our upstream to solve this too, tonight we would probably already have the solution.
@DeluxHost How's the new node coming up? I see all are sold out now
I recently bought a VPS from DeluxHost, I must say im very impressed and it's a great find. Ticket support is very responsive(Within hours) but file browsing/editing via SSH connection can be frustrating average delay would be a few seconds for each action (Open file, Delete file, etc.) not sure if it's my host PC to VPS geographic distance latency or something to do with the 1Gbps FUP network. Those few seconds makes the experience feel like im back in 2000s dial-up technology. I would also like to see more future VPS deals focusing on AMD Ryzen, right now most are AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon only deal M is dedicated to AMD Ryzen
