What is your experience with virtfusion ?
Is taking days to solve an issue. Does anybody give support with configuring subnets ?

Hi, have had no issues with it. Very like it. Support is very slow though, i can try to help. Is it v4 or v6?
Probably not the best idea to contact their support for IP issues and expect much help since it's not related to Virtfusion. I've been using it since release, amazing product.
This is an excellent product as long as you don't encounter any issues. However, when problems arise, you essentially can't troubleshoot beyond the solutions they provide. They encrypt everything, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, considering the need to prevent cracking. However, it makes resolving edge cases nearly impossible.
The future
for the current issue i got i got it solved with claude IA in 10 minutes. it has even pointed to the wrong information given by support.
