Nuyek - Good Network, Problematic Server
I’ve been with Nuyek since March 12, 2025, on a dedicated server (Intel Xeon E3-1275 V5, 32GB RAM, 2x256GB NVMe). Over that time, I’ve had to submit several tickets for issues like server being offline, battery replacements, and wrong BIOS settings. Despite those fixes, the server has gone down repeatedly, and this latest outage has lasted 20 days straight. At this point, I’ve stopped submitting tickets and am just waiting for the service to be suspended.
I stuck around as long as I did because their network connectivity has shown improvement, and I hoped that would gain better stability. Unfortunately, the server itself has never been reliable, and now that I need a true 24/7 environment, I can’t recommend the dedicated server I was using for any project that depends on uptime. With my server ending September 26, 2025, I’ll be moving and have enjoyed my time and Nuyek, I wish them the best of luck!
This is more of a neutral review. I would have had more to say if my experience hadn’t been limited to one problematic server. Their network has shown improvements, but it’s hard to judge the whole service based on a single unreliable machine.

And server monthly price was how much?
I was paying $16.24 for the server. While the price is extremely reasonable, I believe that the quality of service and reliability should be consistent across all plans, regardless of the cost.
Probably circa 10-15 per month. I have got this server as well...it is pretty stable and network has improved over the past probably 6 months or so. Network is still unstable overall but well...
Thanks for the honest review. I appreciate it (:
I hope to see you in the future again! We're nearing our fiber install for a new network.. less then 3 weeks now! Power situation is still a bit iffy but there's plans on that... No eta as of yet.
Could you let me know the server? Correct on the issues but sadly this server requires a specific NVMe setting for newer drives which was lost due to a bad CMOS battery. Though, I'm not aware of the 20d outage as they all show online? I'm sure you have a old ticket but I'm lacking quite a bit.
Reboot logs (I have not rebooted manually)
Hope it improves.
Yep! Not the best but trying to improve. We have plans but no ETA.. things move slow around here especially when you need to rework a lot of systems/infra.
