After making the payment, the service became unavailable, and the seller has disappeared.
Maybe he's more busy than usual? Not much you can do besides waiting for now i guess. If the thought of filing a paypal dispute crossed your mind, I highly suggest you don't. Zack will most likely respond to you very soon.

Well, it looks like he just lost a /24 subnet and had to assign new IP addresses to the affected services. That might cause some complaints and extra work, and it’s the weekend.
He will most likely reply next Monday™.
He replied in this thread a couple of days ago, so you might get lucky too.
But it is a little worrying that the subject is the same: paid but never delivered.
