    I've never before seen a webhost that doesn't unattended processes and daemons (I'm thinking about Apache2 for instance). What's the point of a server if you have to attend to everything running on it? Who wrote this TOS?

    keyword here is "webhost" they dont even offer shared hosting that i know of. you can get LET deals, their regular VPS and have dedicated servers.

    imagine for an example, ordering a dedi, playing like 100 a month for it and being told you can't run daemons.

    I dig it r1nx, this is how you get change for sure. Well def take a look @ the wording on there, thank you for your viewpoint!

    yeah i think current TOS is problematic for a VPS provider. as others and myself said absolutely no daemons is ridiculous. because its physically impossible. if you tried hosting absolutely anything, that's a daemon. in fact, even if u hosted nothing, clean linux system runs certain daemons, like a networking daemon.

    like absolutely forbid people from running tor exit nodes, thats trouble waiting to happen, but for normal stuff, daemons should be allowed :)

    I am happy with any IPv6, even /128. Please note though that a single bad apple which might be blacklisting your /64 will impact all the customers, therefore this will end up eating your time and loading your support line.

    My server has offline for 4 days,and no one reply my tickets.This is the second outage this month. It is suspected that the data is lost. All of them are caused by them. I don't recommend you to buy their products.If still don't reply, I will defend my rights in law.

    not to be rude or anything but do you actually plan to sue over $7/year lmao? 50-something cents a month lol.

    for most people here servers have been decent. you just got an unlucky node. 4 days of downtime isn't even that bad. you shouldn't use lowend server for something of critical importance anyways. even on a major platform ticket response may take up to a whole week.

    7/12 = 0.5833
    0.5833 / 30 = 0.0194433
    0.0194433 x 4 = 0.0777732 ≈ 0.07

    your current loss is about 7 cents. threatening legal action over 7 cents is a bit unhinged dont you think?
