For this lineup, we don't guarantee any particular processor. Currently, new plans are being deployed on AMD EPYC Rome processors, but we have future plans to bring Xeon processors to this lineup. Obviously, we are using power-efficient and older processors so don't expect the best performance in comparison to our other lineups.
If you're not happy with the performance, we offer automatic refunds back to account credit within 72 hours as long as you request an instant cancellation - and you can use this credit toward any of our other lineups such as our KVM Standard, KVM Premium, KVM Extreme, or KVM Ryzen VPS which uses much better processors and has significantly better performance.

Yes, that's allowed. It should perform well for small game servers, but just note that the single threaded speed is not as high as some of our other lineups.
No problem I use it for hosting small game servers like mtasa,samp so for dados protection I need to buy separate?
We don't offer DDoS protection yet in our Kansas City location, but it's coming soon as a NeoProtect addon. It should be around a 1-2 week ETA.

Between the times of approximately 1:02AM EST to 2:11AM EST in our Kansas City location, we experienced a network outage.
A cascading AC failure occurred in one of the rooms housing one of our racks, resulting in some equipment shutting down due to high heat. This resulted in our network going offline.
The temperatures seem to be coming down and our network is now back online.
Currently, the ambient temperatures still continue to be slightly higher than normal, and we are monitoring the situation.
