Host2go? what is known about it?
Hello, does anyone have any experience with host2go? They offer ignored dmca servers and that's what I need, while being (as they claim) a UK company, how is that possible? I haven't found any info about them on the forum and reviews on the web (at least real ones) don't seem to be many. Is it worth it?

Never heard of this company, but DMCA is a US law and I don't see any problem of a UK company not honoring a US law.
Just beware, it is possible that they ignore DMCA requests but honor all other kinds of copyright-related takedown requests.
StackCP = 20i reseller = not DMCA ignored
You are partially correct about Host2Go. StackCP and cPanel managed plans are not DMCA-ignored. If you want DMCA-ignored hosting, you need to order a DMCA Ignored VPS plan in the Netherlands. They offer different packages, and it can be a bit confusing, so it’s best to contact them before placing an order.
A properly formatted DMCA requests often contains what’s needed for it to be a valid copyright infringement claim in other places, especially in the EU. The title of the document doesn’t much matter.
Sir delet this disappo ints Romanian sisters
Seriously people on LET seem to think EU legislation requires notices to have a specific title for it to count and no copyright agency has been smart enough to add it and therefore copyright law doesn’t apply in EU😭
Yes, that’s correct — all DMCA-ignored companies work with offshore providers, so they ignore complaints as long as the user is not engaged in criminal activities. In such cases, any hosting company would shut the site down, and in many cases, the domain could also be suspended.
My clients use several DMCA-ignored companies, and I regularly receive reports from Cloudflare, but my sites have never been taken down. The key is to use a server located in the Netherlands — whether it’s Host2Go or any other provider — because the Netherlands is not obligated to enforce the U.S. DMCA.
@tentor @oloke @alyx almost poetic isn’t it
