Have you sent a ticket?
Wait, LET isn't the ticket system?
Hello,
Can you DM the ticket? While it is true I am behind on quite a bit I will look at it right now. I will probably end up issuing a refund.
Thank you.

I'm not going to tag Zach because I don't want him to fall further behind due to replying to my nonsense on LET, but is he not communicating timelines to people still waiting on purchases?
I didn't (don't) think he's a scam but if I'd been waiting 2 months since payment I might genuinely wonder what the fuck, no matter how big the fan base.
I mean I wouldn't have been waiting 2 months anyway, a couple weeks in I'd have been hitting refund, chargeback, whatever buttons I could find because hey my money bro.
edit: anyway has 2 y's you goof.
Please check DM.
I'm confused: is this a drama or not?
Nah just an impatient user, zach is top notch
all they needed was a ticket and they would have gotten their server
You do realize you're wasting time with zero details, right? I'm now thinking you may have sent a ticket two months ago, but did you actually say anything useful that didn't waste time having to ask a bunch of things?
Help yourself by helping others with a proper problem report.
The purchase page shows instant activation, but it has been 24 hours with no response. Please check it.
haha
@weintraubthomas956 Did if receive the refund finally and if yes would be interested to know if crypto refund was possible at all. My order is also nearing two months without delivery so far.
Still no response from private message
How long did they promise to setup the vps? However.2months is far long than my expectation.
1-2 weeks
If you pay by credit card, you can contact your bank for a refund. But since you paid by crypto, I have to say, you probably won’t get your money back. And you probably have to wait forever for your purchase.
Hello,
Your service did not promise instant provision and I list it on the order page clearly and in the checkout area. Unless I'm blind and I have it stated somewhere.....
I'll have it provisioned sometime today for you though.
I know 2 months is a really long time and I apologize it's way off the 1-2 weeks I stated. I'm slow, disorganized, dealing with ton of support regarding outages / the IP subnet we lost / 9950x node dying with migrations. I'm working behind the scenes in improvements regarding network/power/ & software development.
Zachy Zachy, recently you have few threads in negative light. What’s bothering you? Is that Chinese mjj’s?
multiple personality?
So you are so slow that 1-2 weeks is instant.
Possible
I was just replying, if 1-2 weeks is the expected provision time and it's been 2 months I think I should say so and apologize? Though the 1-2 weeks was listed in the product configuration page + checkout before you generate the invoice ( in regard to the it was listed as instant provision in one of the replies here )
I don't want people having the wrong information, I already get enough people in the tickets expecting the world. It's like people ordering a service and expecting 100% uptime, with a single second of downtime ruining their 'business' even though they ordered a non-sla service with public uptime information available.
Here's my take on this:
@ZachNuyek is a decent guy from all my conversation with him, he is also working hard trying to build up the business.
However, the truth is he is still a bit new in the hosting industry and have a lot of things to learn. My server with them is not really stable (both network and uptime wise), but overall it is easily 99+% uptime (I didn't measure it but from my observation), for the price it is hard to complain.
I wish him the best, and hope that @ZachNuyek can solve all the issues soon. This should be the type of business LowEndTalk community is about, trying to support small providers to grow together and in returns we get cheap experimental deals.
If you cant provide a service, then dont list them. Dont make any deals.
Why should someone pay a service that doesnt exist and its not a preordering?
Fuck off man
My VM with Zach is very decent
The service does exist and we have provisioned many of them.
.. etc
I kinda have to agree on this, @ZachNuyek might want to provide alternate plan since it is not provisioned within the time frame (plus 2 months is actually a little bit too long given that the promised time is ~2 weeks), some examples include full refund to their original payment method.
But of course if the parts have been bought and pending setup, that's a bit hard to justify, but then this is business so it would be part of the lesson.
