Jon is a fantastic human being and the service is amazing.
I went to order a server and forgot my VPN was on, so MaxMind did its thing. Since it was special, I was worried it would be out of stock before I got it fixed.
I sent a ticket and within 5 minutes Jon reset the invoice so I could pay.
Within an hour he had the server provisioned. It's an amazing server, and I could not ask for anything more.
Jon is very attentive to customers and strives to provide the best service I could ask for.
I will be sticking with him for a VERY long time.
