We are looking for two dedicated servers located in the UK with the following requirements:
CPU Options: AMD EPYC Genoa 9534 or EPYC Turin 9535
High bandwidth – suitable for heavy workloads
Low latency to Liverpool (connectivity is a priority)
Reliable datacenter with good network uptime

Alternatively you can try OVH they had a few Genoa options from what i remember but not sure the exact model...
Their storage pricing is too high.

How about AMD EPYC 9334 - 32 cores (Threads: 64) - 2.7 GHz Up to 3.9 GHz in London?
Would that work as a replacement for you?
@Clouvider has servers in Manchester which is close to Liverpool. They also have unmetered servers which may satisfy your bandwidth requirements. However, they're a bit pricy. No Genoa on their website but I suppose they can give you a custom quote: https://www.clouvider.com/dedicated-servers/manchester/
