Yes — on some (likely most) KS-B units the drives aren’t 120 GB but 240 GB, and they’re relatively new (e.g., Intel SSDSC2KB240G8).

A 300 or even 500 Mbps connection on a dedicated server is a bottleneck. It’s practically useless, you’d be better off buying a desktop computer and setting up a tunnel to host your websites.
More location options for eco servers. However, server in the US still need to go to us.ovhcloud.com, as they are out of stock in other regions.
Ordered a KS-5 and it came with 2x 4TB instead of 2TB.
