In a week ServaRica restocks, the Unified VDSs with 2 cores, 8GB would be $38 / year:

My mistake, $38 isn't the correct price. ServaRica's price calculator is inaccessible now because the Unified plans are out of stock, but check them out next week when they restock, they have some of the cheapest VDSs on Earth.
For 2 slices , its 2$ (base) + (1.5×2) = 5$/mo , and if paid yearly , its 55$/yr , great value vds & performance + support is top notch , i had one but discontinued it because it was kinda overkill for my needs
One of the Unified models grows sub-linearly in price with respect to the number of slices, I can't readily compare prices now because they have been out of stock for a while, since before VPS Price Tracker started to collect the discounted annual prices (ServaRica applies some discounts to annual payments).
