Hi! Yes, that's correct. The service is subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which you can find in the terms. The first 25TB of usage is uncapped. After that, your connection will be limited to 250Mbps until the usage resets.
That's a very fair question, and I believe you deserve a proper explanation.
When I sold the previous brand to Xhosts, I was operating on razor-thin margins trying to compete with others on here—which, in hindsight, was my first major mistake. The final straw came when I was contacted by security services because some of our servers had been implicated in the SolarWinds incident. They were reasonable and supportive, even encouraging me not to abandon what I was building. But the experience shook me, and I ultimately accepted Xhosts’ offer and stepped away.
I learned a lot from that chapter, and things are very different this time around. Here’s why:
VM6 Networks is a registered UK company, and I’m the sole full-time director. The previous venture was part-time; this one has my full attention. As a limited company, I’m legally bound to act in the best interests of both the business and its clients.
We’ve secured funding through Start Up Britain, which gives us financial stability for the next two years. I also have a mentor through the programme, which has been incredibly valuable.
I’ve taken the lessons from last time seriously. You’ll see that reflected in our clear policies and transparent approach on the website. VM6 won’t be the cheapest provider on LowEndTalk—not even in the UK—but I can promise a sustainable, reliable service with fast, direct support.
I also want to acknowledge the LET admins. Getting the provider tag wasn’t just a matter of paying a fee. They heavily vetted me and VM6 Networks over several months, refusing to accept my application until they saw consistent activity. I genuinely respect them for that.
I know this may not answer every concern, but all I can do is be honest and open.

Unfortunately not as yet, however it will be implemented in the very near future.
