I tried them in past. They're a generic hosting provider. I don't count them in lowend(compared to other players that exist). I'd recommend you choose something like Hostbrr(from my sig) or Namecrane.
Milesweb support is sub par. but shared hosting was OK, like 4 years ago. Then it was like oversold and poor peforming hosting like bluehost/hostgator/hostingraja. Not good if you get traffic, but pk for small blogs.
I have been using them and i hate it. Feels like wasted my money.
India based service. A big no. No wonder the subpar support. Probably Punjabi.
Replying to a bit old post. Had to migrate a few sites from milesweb. Without cpanel backup option, it was a pain. Softaculous too doesn't have a backup option. Only Jetbackup is allowed. Moving 20GB+ was painful.
