  • How much longer is this going to take? This is completely unacceptable! My service has been down for ages, your own website doesn’t even work, and all we get are optimistic replies instead of actual solutions! When will this be fixed?

  • @DediRock, I can confirm, the Client Area is working only intermittently. I am assuming this is due to the load but I am unable to create a ticket. But at the same time, my VPS is up, so no worries. I will let you clear your plate - my ticket can wait.

  • It's been 10 days since my ticket was first submitted on Saturday, September 6th, 2025 (10:39), and the service has been down this entire time! This provider is absolutely ridiculous! Whether it's replacing the server or migrating to another node, it shouldn't take this long. I strongly advise against purchasing their services—forget about the promised but unfulfilled double bandwidth, or the so-called 99.99% uptime. What's more, I haven't seen any compensation offers from them so far, and they still can't get the VPS back online!

    There has to be a cut off at some point. Resources are not infinite. The longer the deal remains on the table the slower the service gets for everyone.

    Also something runs at 3:30am EDT every Saturday morning that hits performance BAD. I'm guessing it is a backup job or something like that.
