Looking for cheap VPS/Dedi - EU - <=30€

Any 4C+/8T+ CPU
RAM: 32GB+
Disk: 900GB+ (NVME) SSD
IPv4: 1
Traffic: 2TB+

Location: EU, preferably France, Netherlands or Germany
Billing: Monthly, no setup fee
Budget: max. 20-30€/m

I need to be able to install Proxmox 9 and have the ability to deploy KVM server on the machine.

Edit: Disk should be at least some Raid other than Raid 0. For Dedi at least two 900GB+ SSDs.

    Just edited to be more clear, OVH KS is not possible with current line, as I won't be able to get 900GB SSD with Raid. Same goes for the linked OneProvider, but thanks anyway

    Hmm, I didn't think so.

    I already got two KS-LE-E with these exact specs and I just discovered Netcups G12 Rootserver, but these would be just a bit too expensive even with a 12 month commitment.

    Looks interesting, but does it have VM-x/AMD-V enabled?

    Yes, it's enabled 👍. I'm sharing it in Germany, but I'm sure it's enabled in France too.

    Yes unfortunately for 32GB RAM and 2x960GB i have that price.
    If you can manage in 16GB RAM and 1x960GB SSD
    Then we have this E-2286G 16GB RAM 1x960GB
    Can be done within your budget.

    We also have 25 Euro price for similar spec in canada.

    Doesn't fit my needs. I found layer7 to be hard to use and settled for 24fire Outlet Deals.
