Singapore VDS / Dedicated with 100% SLA

Hello, I am looking for an AMD-based VDS or dedicated server in Singapore with a 100% SLA. The port speed can range from 1 to 10 Gbps, and I need bandwidth of either 5 TB or 8 TB.

Guessing you have a HighEnd budget for 100% SLA in Asia? Even large companies like Datapacket, GSL, Amazon, don't have a 100% SLA. [Edit: based on your other posts you have lowend budget, and it's not possible with 99.99%+ SLA, and even so you'd get like a few pennies for downtime with many SLAs!]

If you change your mind and don't need as 100% SLA send me a message with your requirements. I have space available in Singapore on AMD hardware with Datapacket.

I am talking about my VPS in my post, I really doubt OP needs VDS and 100% SLA but I hope he elaborates. Yes hybrid servers are full dedicated servers, custom built, they're not my main products so plenty of other companies to use

Okay, and I don't think any provider can promise 100% SLA.

We don't offer VDS in Singapore. But our VPS'es are really stable and come with quite a lot of resources. No 100% SLA unfortunately, I also don't think something like that is realistic especially within LET price ranges. Please see: https://serverbear.eu/vps/

We offer 99.9% SLA but we are above that most of the times (see Equinix JH1 in status.webhorizon.net).

If Johor is ok (15 km away from Singapore), you can contact us.

  • I wonder, does Singapore really high and expensive on the Internet Pricing ? As you might see in https://www.singsaver.com.sg/telco/blog/best-home-fibre-broadband-plan ; for just below S$50 I get 1Gbps and more ... Does ISPs cheat on those numbers ? I don't think so. Like I got 1Gbps but the ISP cap only 10Mbps, of course this will not be happen. Singaporeans are highly sensitives on complaint. So why VPS, VDS, Dedicated still cap on Traffic 1TB, 2TB, 3TB ... Does not make any sense for me. 100% SLA might seems crazy expensive, but small traffic allowance its month also Crazy ..

home ISPs massively oversell and you're not actually guaranteed that speed. Most neighborhoods only have 5-10gbit of actual backhaul capacity. Getting guaranteed bandwidth from your home ISP (probably on a business plan) will show you the actual cost of traffic. (also most home user traffic is to places like netflix, etc who have caches with local ISPs)

    Thanked by 1FAT32
  • Have you test it ? Because I found with the VPS Service in Singapore, the Traffic 1TB, 2TB, or 5TB has no different with Home. Full of tricks. Advertised 10Gbps, its only for speedtest to Singapore, 1Gbps Speedtest, real RDP Monitoring to other Region in Europe or US, drop below 10Mbps. I am sending hard complaint, ending with option Full Refund :))

I don't know where do you even get this idea from. First of all even with "unlimited" it is almost always fair usage policy. If you try to burst the port 24/7 sure enough they can choose to limit your network etc. Most of the time at $50 (for 1Gbps) home users wouldn't even reach 1TB monthly (Source: Me and all my friends)

Home users are mostly casual use that's why it can be cheap, whereas people (like you) who complain about the price mostly use a shit ton of bandwidth (tens of TBs) and if there's providers doing "Unmetered" VPS in Singapore it will just get abused very quickly.

I think you have a lot of misunderstanding about how the internet works. And honestly the providers made the right decision to offer full refund to you.

Most Singapore providers that I have used can easily push ~500Mbps to/from US/EU without problems, and easily 2Gbps across anywhere in South East Asia. While this is true for home network as well, it is meant for personal usage and not supposed to host anything from the network.

Honestly I don't even know what the heck you meant by "Real RDP Monitoring", good luck and all the best on your road to find the impossible.
