What would be the community's recommendation for running small VMs for low traffic web in Europe? I just want stable VMs, stable network, that I don't need to spend much time thinking. Budget: below EUR 3 per month. Thanks!

For low-traffic websites in Europe under €3/month, you’ll probably need to look at providers that offer very small VM plans (1 vCPU, 512MB–1GB RAM, ~10GB disk).
Stability usually depends more on the network and the provider’s track record rather than raw specs. If you don’t want to worry much about management, I’d suggest choosing a provider with a good reputation for uptime and responsive support, even if the resources are minimal.
Locations like Germany and the Netherlands are quite popular because of good connectivity and competitive pricing.
Just get oracle free tier at this point if you dont need much computing power. I have been using the arm vm (4vcpu 24gb ram 200gb disk, you can seperate into multiple vms too) for more than a year and it has been very stable.
